我公司是重型风机，大型鼓风机，和重型机械零部件的专业加工厂，主要为国内外的大公司，配套，提供机械加工服务。
我公司的轴辊工厂是辊筒、压辊和长轴的专业制造厂家，产品主要用于传动输送、印刷、纺织等机械。生产品种有铝合金镀硬铬辊、铝合金硬质氧化辊、尼龙辊、镀硬铬辊、镀锌辊、涂特氟龙辊、聚胺脂包辊、刻人字花纹橡胶包辊等。规格从直经φ30到φ500，辊面从30到3500等可按需订制。我们产品的特点是精和异，精是精度高形位公差和尺寸公差我们均控制在0.01以下，异是产品的形状和使用要求异，我们可以生产根据客户需要带各种角度刀片的辊筒和各种不规则形状的薄膜压辊(参见产品图片)。作为汽车生产流水线厂家的配套企业我们还生产具有各种功能的夹具,钳口和各种形状的定位销和用于纺织机的4~8米精密细长轴等元件，大中型油缸,活塞杆等部件。上海的许多外商独资企业和欧美国家大公司，均采用了我们工厂生产的零部件。
